在發問前想先跟大家分享一個小趣事
上禮拜在健身房運動時,旁邊有一位大叔正在正在做六角槓
小弟看他一直手插著腰,想說他是不是累壞了,就跟大叔攀談了一下
DD : 大叔,你是不是很累啊,怎麼一直頻頻手插著腰,你太疲勞的話不要做太多組啦!
: 沒事,我在練習口訣的動作
DD : 口訣? 是硬舉的口訣嗎?? 我怎麼沒聽說過有這方面的口訣,還需要手插腰的
: 是啊,你看這邊不是有個六角槓,然後我人站在裡面,有兩隻腳。
一角兩角三角形,四角五角六角槓,七腳八腳手插腰,哈!

好了小弟認真請教一下
最近在練習硬舉時,下降跟上升的階段都有盡量以腿髖下背來作動,感受度也還行
也知道手的部分是握住即可,並非是要用拉的,
但是當身體越趨向垂直地面時,感覺受力越跑到上手臂肩膀的部分,尤其是側三角和三頭?
特別是頂峰稍微hold住的時候,感覺側三角跟三頭那邊覺得好重有點受不鳥了
請問這樣的出力狀況是不是有問題?主要是接近垂直時的階段
因為那個受不鳥的感覺會有點影響小弟後續下降時的穩定度
