難得有朋友可以幫我錄影,
想來請教大家姿勢那邊要調整,謝謝

因為力量不夠,
所以之前最多只有拿固定槓來作不觸地練習,
這次改用槓鈴作,
不知道是不是重量比較重的關係,
下背好像特別吃力,
自己看鏡子是覺得拉起來的瞬間下背有鬆掉,
空槓的話好像就不會,
還請巨巨指點一下。
