一周上三次以上飛輪 該不該買車鞋? - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
一直以來都很喜歡上飛輪
接觸的時間也超過三四年了吧
最近半年因為工作轉換的關係
幾乎每天都有空去健身房上飛輪課了
頻率大概是一周三到五次
通常上完後還會加上一周兩次的拳擊有氧
(如果當天課表沒有拳擊有氧的話就會在騎飛輪前先跑跑步機)
目前我穿的鞋子是之前跑路跑賽事退役下來的美津濃wave
算是跑步/有氧/飛輪都堪用
(飛輪的鞋底不宜太軟太薄)
只是最近想想 既然騎飛輪的頻率這麼高
是不是該入手一雙車鞋(卡鞋)呢?
還是說只是騎室內飛輪沒必要用到專用車鞋
只要注重姿勢即可呢?
(PS.如果需要 有CP值高的車鞋可以推薦嗎?)
