胸部急速縮水 - 健身

各位大家好
我的胸部在變胖前(體重約50公斤初)、國高中正常體形時本來應該是c罩,
後來上了大學因為常常吃宵夜,就爆胖到60公斤,體脂32,胸也因為肥胖的關係長大到D
在去年11月時才痛定思痛,下定絕心要減肥回復原來衣架子的身材
一直到現在確時我也如願的瘦下來了,目前體脂在26~27間,55kg
我的肚子小了,但是我的胸部也跟著消失!!
發現胸部變小是在減肥後一個多月,小了幾乎快一個罩杯,穿衣服都空空的,縮水程度非
常的明顯…
在此說明一下我的減肥方式
是居家訓練運動搭配飲食控制
一開始是從鄭多燕跳了一兩個月
再來有中間短暫嘗試body combat、現在則是JM系列,一個禮拜三到五天
飲食方面是正常三餐,盡量不碰高油鹽及加工食品。基代是1200初
例:早餐 一條200g地瓜+茶葉蛋+義美無糖豆漿
午餐 任何我想吃的(咖哩/陽春麵\捲餅\漢堡…)
晚餐 天冷的時候吃有店面的關東煮(內容物青菜、豆腐、海帶、馬鈴薯地瓜)\天熱吃
鹹水雞(不加油少許胡椒)
然後雖然沒什麼用,但幾乎每天早上都還是會喝一盒裝豆漿。
就這樣飲食運動維持到現在。我前一個月有認真在洗澡時按摩胸部,本來有感覺好像有稍
稍漲大,可是生理期(上禮拜)結束後又變更小了!
而且現在胸部摸起來感覺怪怪的,和之前的手感不同,非常的鬆軟……感覺像裡面少了什
麼東西的感覺,不會形容
我非常害怕這是又要變小的前兆,我現在不知道若是繼續運動減肥下去會不會最後變完全
沒胸
困惑點
雖然說減肥會減到胸是很正常的事情,但是在減掉多餘的肥肉後我應該是要停在原來的c
罩上下吧,而不是b甚至是將近a
而且我並非快速減肥…節食…依照健身員sally的文章,女生在降到體脂1x%以下胸部才會
有少一罩杯的風險,但我目前是26,體型還算肉肉的,為什麼會在短短幾個月內胸縮小這
麼多,似乎不大正常……
再來,我決定要去看醫生,請問關於這方面的問題是看屬於婦產科嗎?
我無法接受自己變成平胸女,因為這完全違反了我當初瘦身的目的,現在的我內心很恐慌
……希望有人能給我一點經驗指點和解答,感謝各位
