硬舉做完脊椎都很緊很壓迫 - 健身

請問各位做完硬舉的時候
會不會感覺脊椎被"壓緊" ??
並無感覺不舒服或痛 (下背OK)
但是就會很想要扭轉上半身,想伸展筋骨把脊椎拉開
而且扭轉上半身的時候,脊椎會喀拉喀拉響
通常也只有做完硬舉的當下有感
接著隔天就是正常的屁股痠 腿痠...
硬舉做完,感覺到脊椎的緊迫感是正常的嗎??
