各位巨巨安
小弟弱手
硬舉沒幾公斤
加了一點重量後
就感覺頭暈暈的 好像快要不該
這好像是練腿常見的現象?
原理是什麼呢
是因為呼吸的關係 或重量不適應就會產生這種現象
是因為血液都往腿部跑的關係嗎
說來這感覺是還滿爽的
有點像喝了酒 微醺的感覺
.....先來躺一下
