本來被朋友指出有骨盆前傾的問題,硬舉深蹲後很容易下背痛,因此修正了一段時間,目
前看影片不知道是不是因為身體比例的關係臀位好像偏低,而且做完腰還是有點小痠,po
上來請教各位大大~

另外,使用腰帶的時候雖然呼吸有感覺把腰帶繃緊,但是卻有種「收不好」的不穩定感
