不知道各位大大有沒有看過``秘密''這本書
他其中有一段是這樣的;
< 要減重,就不要把焦點放在減重上;反之,把焦點放在你的完美體重上.
去感受擁有完美體重時的感覺,你將召喚它的到來.>
它的意思是說人的信念是可以成真的,人的想法,將由宇宙的力量幫你達成.
所以可以驕傲的宣稱;我要吃什麼就吃什麼,因為我一直都有完美體重<-是書裡寫的不是我掰的
不知道有看過的板友相信嗎?
我倒是滿相信的說...因為以前我想到要減重就會想說少吃一點(不要學喔這是錯誤的)
結果就大爆走!!!!
但是如果我照著中所說的想,我吃東西變的好快樂,不會對熱量如此斤斤計較
不太像以前一樣的爆走,說也奇怪,也不會一直想吃零食跟一些有的沒的...
就只是聊聊拉...沒有想表達什麼^^"
