去年上完教練課後,開始在10月自己練,但差不多到12月的時候發現左背部會局部發麻,是一陣一陣的麻但不會痛,有時候麻幾分鐘就好了,於是看了幾次醫生說是筋膜肌肉發炎,需要去物理治療所按摩治療(但很貴...)或是拿滾筒滾會發麻的左背來改善,但第一次買滾筒不太清楚怎麼選,目前有以下幾個滾筒大家有推薦給新手的嗎?
