最近開始節食,以蔬菜湯、水果和少量澱粉類進食
唯一的運動只有在房間踩踏步機而已(每次都不到30分鐘)
也知道自己運動量不足,可是因為白天上班實在是太累了... = ="
不知道是否是因為節食的關係,
最近常常覺得疲累,
到晚上十點多左右
肚子餓的受不了,不得已又吃了東西....
請問前輩,這種情形該如何處理呢? > <"
