練彈力圈也會有受傷風險嗎 - 健身

之前用彈力圈做跨步的動作,隔天膝蓋上方的外側大腿(局部)就在痛

是痛不是痠,而且這個動作也不會痠才對,主要是增強跨出去的穩定度與力道
請問這是算姿勢(或彈力圈)擺不正確才會壓迫到那邊痛,還是什麼問題?
當下做覺得效果還不錯,可以感受到左腳跨出去的力道,我是還想這樣練但又怕受傷
有彈力圈大師能給小弟我建議嗎?
