練每個肌群的時間“比例”應該如何? - 健身

2小:跑步+熱身
2小:健身(1小上半身,1小下半身)
2小:瑜珈
後來有發現2小時根本練不到每一個肌群,
所以可能調整,比例換掉或是額外增加時間,
想問下我這樣練是不是腳的部分太多?
大家覺得如何調整比較好呢?
順便想問問大家一週通常都花多久時間健身呢?
