練背的划船問題 - 健身

各位好
最近都是熱門時段在WG練
有時候搶不到架子做槓鈴划船
會改用啞鈴划船
發現啞鈴兩邊加起來的重量可以做重一些
可能減輕了槓鈴划船時下背撐不住的問題
那是否該加上腰帶來讓槓鈴划船的重量更進一步提升呢?
另外有看過有人用壺鈴來做單臂划船 大家會推薦嗎?
