練胸只酸外緣是正常的嗎? - 健身

一開始沒練夾胸(只有上胸,平推)所以酸的部位都是外圍。
近幾個月開始夾胸,結果一樣外圍更酸,內側還是無感。請問這是正常的嗎?
菜單順序:啞鈴平推,啞鈴上胸,機械胸推,機械夾胸。
都是5-6組,10-12下
