最近在練胸時
開始感覺脖子後面都會出力跟著緊繃
大概是這一個月開始
不過也是這一個月開始有調整訓練模式
也把組間時間剪短
純粹是姿勢又跑掉了嗎?
練背下拉時也會有這情形
