最近我又發現一台練腿的機器很好玩
就是坐姿,然後腿往前上方30度的方向推出去
左右腿可以分開推,機器上面可以自由加重量(很大片的那種)
從上星期六到昨天,我推了三次
左右腿分開推
兩邊各45磅
一組15下
各做3組
然後昨天我就發現做腹部機的時,從70磅變成100磅
(腹部機是坐姿,然後身體往下九十度彎的那台)
請問這樣有可能是因為練腿的關係,幫助到腹部嗎?
