纈草要怎麼配才不會有腳臭味?有關睡眠... - 芳療

現在孕期28週,有睡眠的問題不好關機
之前受各位大大的幫助有買到纈草精油
也按照芳療師的配方調油比例如下:
真正薰衣草2ml
有光敏佛手柑1ml
苦橙葉0.5-1ml
纈草0.5ml
穗甘松0.5ml
但因為芳療師是調整份,所以我是按比例加到基礎油
如0.5ml 就一滴
1ml就兩滴這樣
這樣調是有辦法睡熟(雖然剛要入睡時還是翻了一下)
我自己是另外又加了橙花約四滴去平衡味道(沒辦法纈草實在太臭了...)
但這樣調擦在胸前跟脖後老公還是崩潰,他說像睡著臭襪子身邊的感覺,每晚叫叫叫的
想請問問大大們我還能怎樣調整讓味道再更能接受一點但又不影響效果呢?
