前面有版友在討論腿型問題
發現我的腿跟發問的d大的長得一模模一樣樣
突然想起之前有買齊藤美惠子的
"10萬人都說讚的美腿聖經" (←不認真被發現 (掩面))
立馬來做了一下
幻想著兩週後能擁有一雙稍微變美的腿 (人因夢想而偉大嘛!)
不料做到弓式就卡關了
就是要趴在地上 → 膝蓋跟腳踝都要併攏 → 手伸到背後拉住腳踝
→ 屁股用力將上半身跟下半身挺起來, 但是膝蓋跟腳踝都不能分開
(這樣大家有懂嘛 = =a)
我在把身體挺起來的同時, 就覺得膝蓋要爆‧裂‧了
更不用說還要在挺到最高點時hold住3秒...
想請問版上的大家
是我做的姿勢不正確?
還是因為我的骨頭正確位置跑掉所以才痛的, 做久慢慢調整就會改善了?
會上來詢問是怕腿還沒美就先造成運動傷害,
我還想要我的膝蓋陪我一輩子阿~
