老齡開始健身 - 健身

小弟最近要求媽媽開始健身,
媽媽六十歲,160公分、65公斤,
從來沒有運動的習慣,
有高血壓糖尿病,無腎臟疾病,
inbody測量後明顯肌肉不足,
脂肪超量,體脂肪高達44,
各部位做機械,幾乎都是插銷在第一格的情況。
目前是規劃一週帶三天重訓,
每次大概會是一個半小時,
短期目標以加強腿部為主,
會是腿背腿胸的方式循環,
等訓練一陣子如果受得了的話
再加入比較多的有氧運動。
飲食方面也開始偏向低碳高蛋白的方向,
以及計算自己每日攝取的蛋白質,
不夠的話就用乳清去補足,
我是請他要吃到體重*1.5。
目前剛剛開始,
感覺起來媽媽蠻興奮可以改善體態
和培養運動習慣的,
但在吃的部分比較難馬上戒掉大量攝取碳水
的習慣。
請問目前的規劃是可以的嗎?
另外大家有帶爸媽重訓的經驗可以分享嗎?
