最近迷上燙青菜當減肥餐
之前是都只灑鹽及胡椒 但是吃到後來來真的會膩..且很膩
所以我這兩天動手做了肉燥
但是很多人都說肉燥熱量很高
我自己做時是用豬絞肉(國外這邊賣的並不像台灣的那麼油)
我自己做時油也有少放一點 加了蒜頭香菇花瓜油蔥酥蒜頭酥這些配料
想請問如果這樣一餐淋一湯匙的量 熱量又該如何計算呢?
我google都只找到 肉燥飯 肉燥米粉湯類的...
不好意思我是算熱量新手 還請指教 謝謝:)
