肌肉流失的原因 - 健身

小弟是接觸重訓不到一年的菜鳥,最近幾週發覺體脂率在17-18%之間卡關,但是體重仍持
續有下降趨勢,看起來似乎是肌肉有流失的現象,但是我目前每天攝取的熱量都高於TDEE
約200-300大卡左右,蛋白質/碳水/脂肪的比例也有靠APP在控制~~重訓部份則是一週4-
5天,每次一小時,胸背腿都有訓練……
請問各位,在飲食控制的情況下,還有什麼因素會使的肌肉流失呢??
