原PO我160/51~52
手臂和側腰都還算細的
但是發現我正面的肚子都好大
是那種脹脹的大,也捏不太到肥肉
吃完東西後更是大的誇張@@
明明吃的東西體積就沒這麼大
可是肚子就像吹氣一樣變的好大好大
我的食量應該算中等
之前有控制所以食量變小了
我有聽說有個詞叫『胃凸』會是這個原因嗎(我不太確定)
還是.....請大將幫我解答啦!!
