肩膀訓練後,隨意亂動都一直有聲響 - 健身

各位巨巨 大家好,最近幾次練習肩膀訓練後
拉筋,洗澡後發現左肩膀隨意動都有聲響
肩膀有「喀喀聲」,好像聽到一首歌
(霹靂啪啦~霹靂啪啦~巴巴吧拉吧~......
隔天肩膀關節也不會痛 但這聲響真的很煩0.0
個人推測有可能是----(肩關節不穩定)--------
平常活動都沒事,只要一訓練完就開始聲聲作響
是甚麼原因我不清楚,但20幾年前當我還在阿公10元時有脫臼過一次
前年照X光時發現裡面有骨刺(很小很小很小........
不知道大家有沒有類似的經驗
個人打算是去拿診斷書然後去看物理治療了（台北有推薦的嗎？
希望是能透過運動改善啦．．．．．．．．
