背部酸痛 - 健身

自生完孩子後 因為要抱孩子加上工作性質是長坐位置上
覺得很容易背部部肩脥骨位置還有下背(腎臟位置)有酸痛的情況
目前用跑步發現有改善
但是因為受限要帶孩子 無法定時定量的跑
想請教各位版友
有沒有什麼簡單的器材或是運動
可以在家裡做的 對背部肌肉的強化和伸展是有幫助的
目前只有做一些深蹲和睡前跆腿來加強
但是對背部酸痛好像效果不太大 請大家提供一些意見或方法
