胖子做重訓的疑問 - 健身

大家好~~
我稍微爬了文
得知重訓是快速耗盡肝醣;有氧是減全身肥肉
所以有人提倡先做重訓再做有氧,可以達到事半功倍的效果
那胖子適合這樣訓練嗎?
我聽過有人說胖子做重訓的話會變更大隻
但是我的認知,胖子的重訓過程應該是:
胖子→→→→→→變得更重更壯→→→→→→慢慢變瘦→→→→→→變成有肌肉的瘦子
慢 中等 快
因為肌肉也需要養份
所以身上的肌肉越多,維持在基代的攝取會瘦得越快
不知道我這樣的認知是不是有問題,希望大家討論看看,謝謝大家:D
