最近三個月慢慢加劇運動量
雖然整整瘦了10 lbs 但是也不小心得到了脛前疼痛
在脛前疼痛的狀況下
登階機/ 腳踏車 是可以的嘛?
之前有每天游 1km 的習慣,現在暫時暫停了
(不知道為什麼蛙鏡老是進水,導致眼睛有點發炎)
如果做重訓,我應該避免腿部的重訓,像是深蹲嗎?
