我最近跑步的時候不小心扭傷了腳
因為還蠻嚴重的
所以短期內不能跑步/做太激烈的運動
可是減肥的事情又放不下來
請問一下大家有什麼簡單/不太激烈的運動可以在家裡做的
最好多少可以燃燒一點熱量跟脂肪
麻煩大家了
