8月底前發現自己體脂13.7% 就開始鍛練腹肌
希望能把自己鍛鍊出六塊肌
訓練計畫主要參考網路熱門的電腦人

該開始練起來非常之累 幾乎喘不過氣來 也跟不太上
練到9/7 勉強作完一組 那時真的非常有成就感
之後開始除了練伏地挺身外會配合作crunch 這段日子完成組數如下
9/9 3
9/10 5
9/11 4
9/12 2
9/13 4
9/14 7
9/15 10
今天練完後腹肌感覺沒有強烈痠痛的感覺(約兩小時)
感覺已經習慣這種強度了
請問是該休息 還是改換更強的菜單
