我有扁平足、髕骨外翻的問題
教練說是我外側肌群比較有力
因為平常走路外八都是用到外側肌群
要做滾筒放鬆股四頭、外側肌群
加強內側肌、腿後肌
但我看了這影片 卻是說要放鬆內收肌群

想問一下髕骨外翻是要放鬆哪一側的肌群啊?
影片中的彈力帶分腿蹲也能做嗎?
