身高:163
體重:51.6
BMI: 19.42
體脂率:(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:通常9點至9點半吃,內容約一個鮪魚漢堡(有生菜、番茄、鮪魚玉米、蛋或起司、
不加醬)和一杯無糖豆漿
或是一份蔬菜起司吐司+無糖豆漿
午餐:約12點半~下午一點吃,常吃關東煮(蘿蔔、高麗菜捲、黑輪、米血選三樣吃)或是
一個便當(吃1/3的飯和4樣青菜)
晚餐:約5點到5點半吃,常吃滷味(選擇兩~三樣青菜加豆干或一個蛋,不加任何醬汁)
有時會配一杯現打果汁,不加冰不加糖
有時晚上肚子餓會吃一包義美的小蘇打餅(就一包裡面三片,不會多吃)
日常作息時間:我是學生,每天約12點左右睡覺,8點半起床
一天喝水大約有喝到2000c.c.
減肥方式:已經開始減肥三週了,前兩週,每週跳鄭多燕3~4次,每次30分鐘
之後開始跑跑步機,也是每週3~4次,每次跑30~40分鐘(大約會20分鐘慢跑15分鐘快走)
跑步機快走時調6,慢跑時調到8
問題陳述:請大家幫我看看我這樣的菜單跟減肥方式有沒有錯誤?
三週下來,體重和外觀都沒有改變,我的肉都集中在後腰及臀部
不知道我這樣的運動強度是否足夠?!
