目前想要開始運動,每日一次運動內容包含:
1.跑步機跑步30min
2.鄭多燕單片
3.暖身操/拉筋10~15min
請問正確順序是否為:3→1→2→3
或者是否有更好的建議,請各位大家提供寶貴意見,謝謝。
