在健身房觀察到一個現象
就是常常有人在做臥推或是肩推的時候
腳都會在那邊抖來抖去
但腳不是應該要穩定才比較好嗎?
還是有什麼我不知道的機制 其實抖腳可以增加運動表現 讓我舉的更重嗎?
