臥推時上臂是否一定要跟地面垂直? - 健身

如題,最近因臥推時肩膀不舒服在調整臥推的姿勢
之前在學校學到的是臥推全程前臂與地面保持垂直,高點時槓鈴在肩膀正上方,這樣才不
容易產生力矩對肩膀造成壓力,如下圖所示

但最近看到有一個說法是手肘如果打太開容易對肩膀造成壓力,如下圖所示

手肘角度越小肩膀壓力越小可以理解,但像上圖上面他前臂都與地面不垂直了,這樣推起
來真的ok嗎?
討論的前提是這兩種推法都建立在肩膀都有確實內收,背有確實收緊
希望板上大神們一起討論,謝謝
