我本來是按照網路上說的,落點在奶頭下方約兩到三公分處。
昨天健身房的巨巨跟我說,落點要在奶頭上方,不然只是練手比較多
前者我能一組10下,後者只能6~7
所以我的下數減少是因為落點的關係讓我胸吃的比較多,又剛好我胸比較沒力的關係嗎?
