大家好
最近在控制飲食+運動
希望可以瘦一點
但是我上班中午休息時間吃的東西
幾乎都是50元便當
三菜一主菜+ 湯這樣
但是這幾天吃下來我覺得都好油膩
以前會吃什麼肉羹麵滷肉飯
我覺得料不多樣化不太健康
請問如果中午還是吃便當(便宜選擇多)要怎麼選擇菜色
或什麼方式可以讓他不油不那麼重鹹
如果有人提供可以帶去微波的食物也可以喔
我家只有大同電鍋 可以變出什麼東西來嗎
ps一個人住所以東西也不方便一次煮很多><
