通常我買自助餐不會喝湯,因為湯上會浮一層油
此外也不會買主菜,會選擇菜搭配蛋白質的樣式
像是番茄炒蛋、紅蘿蔔炒蛋、洋蔥蛋
或是青椒炒肉絲等等
增加攝取的纖維質也避免吃太多肉
但是會包湯把菜洗過一遍
夾菜的時候都夾最上方的菜
再大力的把它抖一抖
讓油甩掉
需要用大量油炒的菜不吃,像是茄子
所以比較常吃的就是絲瓜、滷冬瓜、高麗菜、番茄、蘿蔔
如果有夾南瓜的話,要把它算進主食裡
如果要買肉類的話,
只會選擇滷雞腿或是豆腐半手掌大
此外會買一碗飯吃一半
另外半碗是用來吃菜油的
通常我還會帶著一顆水果,像是芭樂或番茄
這兩種不用削皮也不怕太快氧化,維他命c高又有纖維質
便宜好吃,減肥中的極聖品XD
