我也來分享一下我的喝豆漿心得。
買豆漿機之前我偶爾會喝統一的無糖高纖豆漿,可是我實在不太喜歡他的味道,
又覺得人工製品喝太多好像不太好,豆漿這種東西明明就放幾天就壞,
統一可以放這麼久,是加了多少添加物?
家裡兩個月前買了九陽的豆漿機,
第一代的,壓克力機身,但其實我覺得新一代的不銹鋼機身比較好,
使用上比較不會有安全上的疑慮,畢竟煮的過程中還是蠻高溫的,
用起來蠻方便的,用有機黃豆煮起來很好喝,而且很天然喝的很安心。
買豆漿機之後,我持續每天喝500ml左右的無糖現煮熱豆漿,
我都喝熱的,想說女生喝太多冰的不好,
仔細觀察自己的身體狀況,沒發生什麼奇怪的副作用,
喝了兩個月,生理期一切正常,
皮膚明顯有變好,變的比較有光澤、滑嫩、細緻,
平常沒什麼在擦乳液,皮膚的變化還蠻明顯的,臉跟身體的皮膚都是,
胸部的話,喝豆漿到現在,體重沒變,內衣明顯變緊,
估計大概有大個半個cup吧!
自己做豆漿雖然比去外面買麻煩一點,
但每天只要多花一點點時間,就能喝到安全無虞的新鮮豆漿,
(最近什麼塑化劑、食品添加物真是嚇死人)
板友們可以考慮一下囉!
