自己備餐要如何吃到足夠的脂肪? - 健身

大家對於脂肪的攝取好像比較少討論。
不過我在自己備餐時,卻發現脂肪反而是最難搞的。。。
參考了一些文章和數據,關於脂肪的攝取,我是套用這二個原則:
1.一公斤體重吃1~1.4 g的脂肪。
2.脂肪熱量佔比約為總熱量的1/3。
以我體重74,TDEE抓2400來說
按照原則一:要吃74~104 g的脂肪
按照原則二:要吃800大卡的脂肪
我目前是吃到90 g的脂肪,大致上符合上述二個原則,可是問題來了。。。
因為是自己備餐,所以少吃油炸類的。雖然我炒菜和煎雞胸肉的時候都還是會加點橄欖油,
但那個量畢竟有限,總不能把橄欖油當水喝。所以除了橄欖油,我主要的脂肪來源就是:
綜合堅果(腰果,核桃,杏仁,無花果) + 花生 + 起司
但是仔細一算,我每天的堅果和花生加起來大約要吃100 g,然後還要再吃4片起司,這樣
和其他零星的脂肪來源相加,才能達到每日90 g的脂肪攝取目標。
每天100 g的堅果加花生,不會太多嗎?
我看網路上一堆醫生的建議,都是說每天堅果或花生的攝取量要限制在10 g。。。。
我等於吃了建議值的10倍!可是依照上面二個原則看來,我的脂肪攝取量應該算合理啊!?
有吃鮭魚(250 g)的那天,堅果和花生可以只吃到70 g,那依然很多。。。。
請對巨巨,如果你是自行備餐,那是如何吃到足夠的脂肪?
堅果/花生卯起來吃真的沒關係嗎?
還是說你們的脂肪攝取量比上述二大原則要來得低上許多?
