前陣子因被標題吸引聽完了一集的Podcast

個人覺得是營養師分享一種對於吃東西的觀念
和我之前想的不太一樣
營養師在2:35有提到
最傷身的減肥方法 就是吃太少
營養師提到前一天吃很少 隔天的確體重會下降
但是過兩天後就會有很大的反彈效應
節食其實流失的都是肌肉,而吃進去的食物又化為脂肪
營養師也舉例 就像是如果你的戶頭每小時都有很多錢進來
這樣通常我們就不會想要存錢
身體也是 每小時都有熱量進來的話
身體就可以用完就丟,不會想要儲存
所以會建議把身體當成貴婦
只給她好的食物 別讓他辛苦的儲存脂肪!
至於很多人最無法抗拒的珍珠奶茶
通常也是很多人眼中的減肥大敵
但珍奶只要喝對,其實是可幫助減肥的!
因珍珠主要是地瓜粉製成就像於米飯、冬粉等主食
若是喝鮮奶茶的話又可以補充蛋白質
茶類又有咖啡因可以提神
對於工作忙碌可能沒有時間吃正餐的人來說
不失為一個補充能量的好飲料
而健身半小時後補充甜食 也能有助肌肉生長

其實還是要吃得均衡
不要過激減肥才會對身體比較好
