自己簡單煮的熱量 - 健身

因為住在外面的關係,所以能生產食物的器具就只有電鍋
有時候我會自己煮點簡單的食物
料理的內容大概是
雞里肌3塊+青菜(青江菜三顆及A菜1/3顆)+貢丸2顆+冬粉
調味料都只有鹽巴跟薑
冬粉跟白米會交換煮來吃
青菜的份量大部分都抓頂好買來後分成三份
感覺雞里肌跟雞胸肉好像不會差很多 所以也想買來交換煮XD
我都會煮成湯麵或粥
請問這樣一份午/晚餐的熱量跟營養有到均衡嗎XD
有在思考是否該放豆腐
但好像會吃太多
湯的部分雖然不是很美味 因為只有鹽巴調味
所以我都會喝掉Q Q
不知道這樣問行不行XD
不行的快我會速速刪掉的 謝謝大家-//-
