這一餐的熱量大概估550
有水煮雞里肌100g 配海鹽
水煮筊白筍50g.高麗菜心150g拌蒜蓉醬油(約10g)
水煮山苦瓜 80g 配海鹽
一碗糙米飯 130g
不知道這樣吃會不會缺少什麼
因為前幾天出去玩大吃一堆炸物
這幾天想讓身體休息一下
