舞者的肌肉 - 健身

我知道要長肌肉必須先有氧減少脂肪 再搭配重訓
有一個疑問是
像是芭蕾舞者 全身肌肉 是因為長年累積的嗎
但是芭蕾舞比較多下半身動作 所以腿部很肌肉線條我能理解
但是上半身 尤其手臂 都有 二頭肌的線條 是因為重訓嗎?
那假使像是半路出家 比如說長大才練街舞的老師們 或舞者
是特別練肌肉跟練舞同時嗎? 因為我覺得只靠跳舞很難有肌肉 除非像是
舞蹈學生 每天練很久這樣
