就我所知減肥期間(就是正常飲食搭配運動)多攝取蛋白質除了可以補充肌肉之外,
還可以避免減到胸部,但是我一點都不想豐胸,我要縮胸啦!
可是蛋白質又必須攝取,請問有什麼方法可以避免肌肉流失但又可以縮胸的方法...
