我覺得有點沮喪
從去年的十月中開始~每天踩室內健身車45分鐘~強度是1轉速是20
一週只偷懶1~2天~很少偷懶
當時的飲食早餐吃燕麥(只有二四吃早餐~其他日沒上課就睡到中午)
中午正常吃,晚上吃一大盤青菜~水喝3000cc.
體重一直都沒有改變T_T
十二月二十五號跟家人去香港天天都在吃,回臺灣後,
晚上就不吃青菜了~就正常的吃晚餐,會吃飯跟肉,
運動一樣沒有間斷,但是強度調到2,轉速是20~(因為1已經不喘了)
因為之前晚餐都吃青菜,最近開始正常的跟家人吃,
結果我媽媽覺得我食量變大了,他對我說
"你運動吃那麼多不如不要運動少吃"
讓我覺得有點沮喪~
可是我的身材都沒變就是了~
身高155,體重不敢量,腰圍26吋,臀圍36半,大腿20吋半
跟沒運動習慣之前一模一樣..
我是不是應該回到以前晚餐吃一大盤青菜的日子啊?
可是我以前那樣吃體重也完全沒有變啊啊啊> <
