走出家門看看早餐店
漢堡吐司、煎餃蛋餅、滷肉飯鐵板麵、大冰奶
一堆高澱粉、高油脂以及加工食品混搭而成的餐點
如果你是吃包子饅頭可能會好一點啦
但一跟午餐晚餐比,午晚餐至少你還會吃到青菜
我是覺得如果你早餐吃得很健康營養可以繼續吃
但是如果都是吃早餐店賣的東西,那還不如不吃,忍到中午吃便當可能都好過吃早餐
