要多久才會看到體重明顯下降 - 減肥

讓我想到我月初PO了文章說我的減肥成果
不過大家都說我吃太少了
要是回復正常吃法很快就會胖回去
勸我最少吃到基代
後來我是三餐照吃
不會限制像以前熱量要低於1500大卡
只有運動從 快走40min 改成 慢跑30min+10min走路
體重就維持在77~78kg
(通常是週末吃多變成78 到週五又變回77 XD)
倒是腰從33->32左右
本來我的目標是希望能瘦到70以下 BMI22
現在是改成希望瘦到30腰 XD
(最好是能回到我大一時 30腰 69kg = =+)
