要多久才會習慣運動 - 健身

常常聽到有人說
運動習慣了後, 一天不運動就全身不舒服
可是我從沒有這樣子過
我大概是9個月前開始運動的
視工作情況 一星期約4-5天, 每天固定慢跑一小時 速度很慢約7500m~8000m左右
也不是為了減重 主要是希望塑身 就這樣跑了半年
後來因為工作+考試 荒廢了2,3個月左右
但也不是完全荒廢, 大概是一星期偶爾1-2天
過完年量體脂發現媽呀不得了 從20升到24 體重是沒變化
近一星期又開始了規則的慢跑
可是每次要出門的時候我都好掙扎,覺得很煩,總是會拖拖拉拉的不想去跑
或者找理由在家待到學校關門orz
矛盾的是,其實我還蠻愛跑步當下的感覺
因為我會聽喜歡的音樂, 速度也不會讓自己很累 依然是7.5km~8km/hr
聞聞青草的香味 看看跑道上有人溜狗帶小孩 以及逆著風跑步的快感
可是就是卡在要出門的時候真的覺得很煩
之前規則的跑了半年, 也依然不會有"一不動就全身不對勁"的感覺
也常常想偷懶...
大家都是要多久才能真的把運動當成習慣呢??
還是我的運動習慣一星期4~5天不夠?? 一定要每天跑才行呢??
