我有個煩惱從國二時,我開始變胖因為食量變大==跟國小差很多尤其是小腹和大腿我想把它們弄掉可是不知道有什麼辦法我有時候下課有空會去跑步小腿不知道是不是之前練舞的腫還是打籃球和跑步造成的又或著是胖然後小腿也變的比較粗了我沒啥耐心之前有跳繩一段時間結果之後就沒跳了大概是不相信瘦的下來所以就放棄了可是我真的不想小腹和大腿那麼..ㄜ..胖小腹像懷孕幾個月那樣==我能怎麼做呢?不要說抬腿90度15分鐘我寫完作業就差不多12點了==...Showmore
