第一次發文請大家多體諒啊ˊˋ
先介紹一下本人的情況:
我是從八月開始認真減肥的,主要是以慢跑為主
一直持續到現在,雖然體重沒什麼變((該死 =___=
可是體態變好了、體力也增強很多
最明顯的是腿的線條
比一堆比我輕(158cm/46kg左右)的女生漂亮(爽!)
(我是158cm/49~50kg)
有鑑於此,我大力提倡他們去跑步
也真的去跑了那麼幾次,我以為終於可以幫她們脫離節食苦海的時候. . .
他們居然說不跑了!!!
原來是其他人跟他們大聲唱衰說跑步怎麼可能瘦小腿!!應該是變象腿吧!!!
再加上初期跑時的肌肉充血就讓他們深信不疑ˊˋ
還跟我說--我是"特例"才會瘦腿巴拉巴拉的. . .
我真的超想對他們說現在有一個跑了兩三個月的實證站在你眼前,
你居然還要相信那些沒跑過的人說的鬼話?
. . .但是他們還是消失在跑道上了
唉害我好灰心
羅馬果然不是一天造成的,我還是乖乖去做運動好了=_=
話說,從一開始的4800M喘的像條狗進步到現在的6000~7200M不太會喘
應該是我減肥期間最可喜可賀的事了:)
