測出我的基代大約是2286卡
如須減重一天需要吃3800卡~4300卡
請教一下
到底是可以吃到多少卡呢?
我有每天慢跑4.50分鐘的習慣一個禮拜跑個五天以上
但其實體重停滯好久了><"
所以我想要測試一下改變飲食習慣
結果昨天一整天吃小七然後吃五餐
早餐 雙層豬排堡+果汁牛奶+一顆蘋果 700卡
數十顆小番茄 180卡
午餐 紅酒牛肉飯+綠豆豆花 665卡
一顆拔辣 140卡
晚餐 烤雞三明治+鮮奶 418卡
一大杯(兩包)馬玉山抹茶奶綠 154卡
一整天大概喝2700c.c.的水
算起來大概只等於我的基代而已
好像是吃太少了!?
請教各位版友幫忙指點迷津囉
